The customer shall check the equipment/material ordered at the time of delivery. No claims shall be entertained by Mylaptopspares.com on any grounds what so ever thereafter. All goods carry manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated in writing. In case of inability to repair or replace the defective material within 15 days due to non-availability, a credit note will be issued for which the prevailing prices of the product with 3% depreciation for every month will be taken into account. Warranty (if applicable) is mentioned on the product description page including the warranty period. The warranty period will be counted from the date of invoice. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer or its authorised service partner against any manufacturing defects. The warranty being provided is a carry-in warranty. Under the terms of carry-in warranty, customer will be required to deliver the faulty product along with the proof of purchase to a manufacturer’s authorised service centre for warranty repair. Customer must prepay any shipping charges, taxes, or duties associated with transportation of the faulty product to and from the service centre. Customer is responsible for insuring any faulty product shipped or returned to a manufacturer’s authorised service centre, and he assumes risk of loss during shipping.
