Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within the same or next one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email & verification of order (in case of COD orders). You will receive another notification from the shipping partner when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over Rs. 600 within Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh. For orders under Rs. 600, we charge shipping as per the calculated shipping rates..

Deliveries are made typically from 9 am – 7 pm  on all days (except holidays). This is controlled & managed by the shipping partners.. Shipping partner will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

We also offer In-store pickup in Delhi and Bangalore currently. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email / sms notification from the shipping partner which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@mylaptopspares.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We also have a tracking link available on the website. You can enter their order no. on that page after 24 hrs. of shipment notification to track the real-time status of their orders.
