Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and verification of order (in case of COD orders). You will receive another notification from the shipping partner when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. The shipping rates are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery pin code.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for prepaid orders only over Rs. 600 within Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. For orders under Rs. 600, we charge shipping as per the calculated shipping rates.
Standard Shipping
In standard shipping, we ship by the most economical shipping carrier. However, we always use reputable shipping carriers.
Premium Shipping
In premium shipping, we ship by the fastest shipping carrier. If air shipment is available for the pin code, we will ship by air. However, batteries cannot be shipped by air due to safety restrictions.
Deliveries are typically made between 9 AM and 7 PM on all days (except holidays). This is controlled and managed by the shipping partners. The shipping partner will contact you via text message or call on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from the shipping partner, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@mylaptopspares.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We also have a tracking link available on the website. You can enter your order number on that page after 24 hours of receiving the shipment notification to track the real-time status of your order.
