Replacement Policy

We, at My Laptop Spares, take the quality very seriously so that all the products shipped to our customers are brand new and thoroughly tested by our OEM partners. Still, in some unfortunate cases or due to some reasons which are beyond our control, the situation of replacing the product may apply. In such unfortunate situations, a product may be replaced within 15 days of original receipt, subject to the following conditions: 


  1. The product is not working as per the published specifications/features

  2. Product is dead on arrival (DOA)

  3. The difference between the delivered product & ordered product

  4. Physically damaged product


Intimation regarding any of the above conditions (especially for points 2,3 & 4) needs to be given within 24 hours of receipt of the product. In case of a physically damaged product, the unboxing video and the picture of the outer package and the product clearly showing the damage need to be provided.


The replacement will only be provided with the same product and no exchange or return is possible. If information is not provided within 24 hours, the replacement request might not get approved.


In case of replacement (only if it falls in any of the above four conditions), the original packaging, all tags, and manuals need to be preserved and sent along with the product to qualify for the replacement. The shipment of a replacement unit will only be initiated after receipt of the original product along with the original packaging, tags, manuals, etc. and checking & approval by the RMA dept. In case it is found that the product doesn’t have the stated reason for replacement, the same might not be approved.


Replacement will not be approved for below cases


  • If the wrong product is ordered by the customer without consulting the My Laptop Spares Team.

  • The product or the serial no on it is tempered.

  • The item shows any sign of liquid spill or other accidental damage

  • Product without original packing/box

  • Packing video clearly showing the product being packed

  • If the intimation is not given within 24 hrs

  • The product received has not passed QC verification


In case of branded products, after the original packaging is opened, replacement can not be provided unless it falls under any of the above four conditions.

 

If a wrong product has been ordered by the customer (without consulting My Laptop Spares Team), we will not be responsible for exchanging the product or giving a refund.
